Looking Back: Earthy Greens and Succulents
We have an oldie but goodie to share today from a piece in Brides Magazine on A Punchy, Preppy Wedding Color Palette Inspired by Palm Beach. With the Summer officially here in NYC, vacations and hitting the beach is on our minds. We love the aqua and vibrant green colors mixed with all shades of pink.
Featured by Brides Magazine - Lush Garlands as Centerpieces
Today we're looking back at one of our favorite 'no flower' weddings we did for a lovely couple, Carrie and Adam. The couple was looking to have succulents and earth tones to decorate their early fall wedding.
Inspired by NYC - City Weddings
Remember it's not always about the flowers! We were excited to design lush, garland centerpieces for the Brides Magazine feature in their 2017 June / July Print Edition. Garlands are a great way to add lots of freshness to your event while keeping the price tag low. These work great for long tablescapes as well as escort card and dessert tables.

As Spring turns into Summer we are again reminded by how much New York City inspires our team. We've worked at some amazing NYC Manhattan venues for weddings and special events including The Gramercy Park Hotel, Highline Hotel, Tribeca Rooftop, The Pierre, The Museum of the City of New York, The Harvard Club, and The Knickerbocker Club.

Flower Wall for Jenny Han's Book Launch Party
Thank you to Twirl for featuring one of our favorite weddings from last year in their "Real Weddings" section. Such an amazing day out in Upstate New York at The Farm at Lily Pond.

So happy to create a flower wall for the amazing Jenny Han at the launch party for her newest book, Always and Forever, Lara Jean. We were inspired by the simplicity of a fern frond along with the full blooms of carnations and cockscomb celosia.
Featured by Martha Stewart Weddings - Planning a Monochromatic Wedding That Isn't Just White
Last week we were featured by InStyle in their piece "13 Ways to Make Your Escort Card Table a Design Focus". Our tip, shared by our Creative Director Denise Fasanello, was number three on the list.
Featured by Style Me Pretty - Spring Wonderland at Wave Hill
We worked with Carats & Cake on a recent piece for Martha Stewart Weddings on Monochromatic Weddings. We loved the topic of this piece as now a days weddings are not always about just white. Our top tips for brides looking for a monochromatic look - Add subtle hints to your centerpieces.
Looking Back: White and Soft Pink
Last week a styled wedding project we worked on with a few of our favorites in the industry - Laura Remmert Events, Face Time Beauty, and Judy Pak - was featured on Style Me Pretty. The florals for this table were inspired by a gorgeous Valentino dress Alexa Chung wore at an event recently with beautiful floral embroidery. Pretty and feminine. Much of my inspiration also came from the gardens at Wave Hill, the Wild Garden in the Spring and Summer features so many colors and textures and varieties of flowers.
New York Botanical Gardens - The Orchid Show 2017
We love thinking back to some of our past weddings. Here is a few photos by Sasithon Photography of the florals we did at a Gramercy Park Hotel wedding featuring lots of white with delicate, soft pink accents.
Featured by NY Magazine + NBC New York
We're inspired by not only the season, but also art, architecture, and fashion. One of our favorite sources for inspirations is the museums and public institutions in the city. We attended The Orchid Show at the New York Botanical Gardens last weekend and we're blown away by the vibrant colors and textures featured in the orchid installations.
Spring Season Focus: Petite Buds, Soft Touches
Our team was so excited to have our bouquet featured in the Spring/Summer 2017 New York Magazine Wedding Guide. Keeping it classic with a simple round silhouette, we used some of our all time favorite florals - hellebore, garden rose, ranunculus, and spirea.
Inspired by A Midsummer Night's Dream - Table Centerpiece for Brides Magazine
Spring has come upon us. The season celebrates the first flowers that emerge from the earth after the cold winter. We tend to focus our design on the small, petite buds and soft, frilly touches that spring brings instead of the larger 'face flowers' that are more noticeable in our designs during the summer and fall.
Featured by Martha Stewart Weddings - Stunning Floral Arrangements Inspired by the 2017 Oscar Red Carpet
Art in all its forms drives the designers in our studio. As we have our eye on the summertime, we can't help but think of William Shakespeare's play - A Midsummer Night's Dream. We were excited when Brides Magazine reached out to discuss design a centerpiece for their upcoming feature inspired by this theme.
Bonnard and Flowers
Our team was honored to work with Martha Stewart Weddings and create a custom floral arrangements inspired by dresses worn to the 2017 Oscars Award's Ceremony in Los Angeles, California. We were blown away with two dresses in particular worn by the amazing actresses, Viola Davis and Hailee Steinfeld.
Looking Back: Orange and Grey
Always inspired by painting. Always in love with the master colorist Bonnard. One day I will return to painting. Until then I'm grateful I get to paint with flowers all year long.
Looking Back: A Color Story in September
Looking back on a winter wedding we designed. It was a study in muted gray-greens and whites with pops of warm yellows and oranges.
Looking Back: Just, Simply Pretty
Early September we designed a wedding with delicious color.
Elegant, classic, soft and romantic that was the design direction. Here are the flower results mixed with our inspiration.
