Brooklyn Public Library

Back in May we were invited by the esteemed and stylish party planner Laura Remmert to participate with some other great local talent in showcasing one of Brooklyn's hidden gems - the Brooklyn Public Library event space launch. Located in historic leafy green Park Slope,  this charming Classical Revival building is one of 21 original Andrew Carnegie funded libraries, meant to improve the lives of new immigrants to New York City. The building was built by Brooklynite Raymond F. Almiral and opened in 1906. It is perfect for a small wedding, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or other private event. With a soaring stained glass ceiling and a gorgeous tiled fireplace it would make a wonderful venue for any bibliophile. Paper goods (including hand embroidery!) designed by Ink Revival.
